About the position

The eDiscovery Support Project Manager will oversee high visibility cases for the Department of Justice (DOJ), managing multiple projects that involve litigation support activities. This role requires close collaboration with attorneys, case managers, and technical teams to ensure project requirements, schedules, and budgets are met. The position emphasizes quality assurance and security of project materials while providing comprehensive support throughout the eDiscovery process.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a single high visibility large case or multiple smaller cases for the DOJ under the Mega contract.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all support provided to a particular case.
  • Plan and manage all support for the case, including monitoring workflow and progress reporting.
  • Identify and assign staff, develop and track budgets, and coordinate technical/data processing and eDiscovery support.
  • Perform quality assurance to ensure high quality work is delivered on time.
  • Maintain security of project materials in accordance with security procedures.
  • Coordinate with other Contractor components to deliver project support.

Requirements

  • At least four years of progressively responsible supervisory and management experience on major eDiscovery/litigation support projects.
  • Demonstrated experience working in eDiscovery document review platforms such as Relativity, Clearwell, iCONECT, Casepoint, Everlaw, etc.
  • Ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical litigation support activities simultaneously.
  • Requires expert knowledge of litigation support, outstanding writing skills, and excellent oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the Government's data processing environment, including PC-based and virtual environments.
  • Familiarity with Electronically Stored Information (ESI) tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resources required.
  • Undergraduate degree required; law degree or advanced technical certification preferred.
