Requirements

  • 5 years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
  • 3 years of progressive experience on major litigation support projects.
  • 2 years in Relativity, beyond document review coding.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile work environment.
  • Experience with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Provide litigation technology support including monitoring changes to laws impacting civil and criminal litigation.
  • Monitor the commercial industry for new technology or best practices to improve FBI Discovery.
  • Verify that proposed solutions meet underlying needs.
  • Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches prior to release.
  • Ensure proposed solutions deliver new functional business capabilities addressing existing requirements.
  • Provide advice on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI in support of civil litigation and other inquiries.
  • Monitor daily separation reports to identify departing legal hold custodians and ensure proper preservation of materials.
  • Update and/or create standard operating procedures for the ETA role.
  • Provide a strong technical background on electronic discovery applications.
