Requirements

JD required
Admission to the Bar (any state)
Minimum 5+ years of eDiscovery management experience
Strong understanding of current eDiscovery law and technologies
Hands-on experience with platforms like Relativity and Everlaw
Familiarity with data and document processing procedures
Demonstrated understanding of eCompliance and Information Governance
Ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion
Proactive in identifying continuous improvements in policies

Responsibilities

Managing eDiscovery for complex and global litigations and investigations
Developing workflows for eDiscovery review platforms including Relativity
Advising stakeholders on eDiscovery strategies compliant with policies and laws
Providing support in eDiscovery-related negotiations and motion practice
Assisting clients to update internal eDiscovery workflows
Identifying and escalating improvements to eDiscovery policies
Serving as subject matter expert on eDiscovery topics
Implementing custom workflows to reduce costs and enhance speed-to-evidence
Creating and refining standard documentation including ESI protocols and training guides
