About the position

ISN is actively seeking an experienced e-Discovery Cloud Systems Engineer to support federal e-Discovery Litigation Support programs. As a Cloud Systems Engineer on the program, this role is possess skills to perform tasks in areas such as, but not limited to the following: Manage Relativity upgrades, testing, deployments, and migrations, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Ability to apply the EDRM (Electronic Discovery Reference Model) knowledge and understanding to effectively manage all phases of e-discovery. Manage cloud infrastructure for hosting Relativity and other related applications. Utilize Agile methodologies and DevOps practices to manage project tasks, streamline deployments and migrations to ensure timely deliverables as well as maintaining platform operations. Provide overall technical support to Relativity end users to include issues with processing and review. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues and implement effective solutions. Maintain data security and privacy compliance with federal standards and regulations. Develop and maintain documentation for systems, processes, and user guides.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Active government clearance or ability to obtain clearance.
  • US Citizenship is required (required by the federal government for this position).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum Five (5) or more years performing Relativity administration and deployments.
  • Agile and DevOps experience.
  • Experience with Relativity upgrades, testing, deployments, and migrations.
  • Experience working in a Federal Legal Environment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Relativity Certified Administrator (RCA).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Information Retrieval or related field, or equivalent experience.
