The Learning Consultant position at Cornell University is a client support role focused on the development and support of corporate partnership programs. This role is primarily responsible for growing and maintaining our customer base by assisting clients in the implementation process, technical integration with corporate learning portals, presenting best practices, and rolling out the online learning programs. The successful candidate will leverage opportunities for building key account relationships by gaining insight into client needs and having a thorough understanding of the market and our products. In this role, you will identify professional executive education development needs and work with program directors to propose appropriate solutions to potential corporate-client students. You will partner with sales and client contacts to develop targeted professional executive education development and eLearning programs. Additionally, you will implement and provide account management services for the professional development solutions, coordinate client program implementation, delivery, orientation, and ongoing support, and deliver effective presentations to client program participants. You will also develop and oversee customer retention campaigns and maintain customer and student relationships to cross-sell and ensure future business.
