About The Position

Position Summary: The E Commerce Technician is responsible for the tracking and listing inventory. Duties and Responsibilities: Efficiently and accurately list inventory items to online systems Research items to create thorough listings Track inventory items in KR Automation’s inventory system Take and edit pictures for listings as needed Meet goals as outlined by management. All other tasks as assigned by management Required Skills: Computer knowledge is a must Engaging personality and optimistic outlook Ability to handle confidential information Effective communication skills, both oral and written Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Strong organizational and planning skills Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent E Commerce experience preferred Physical Demands : Must be able to position oneself to photograph from multiple angles Occasionally ascends/descends a ladder to work with inventory The ability to communicate information and ideas so others will understand Frequently moves boxes or parts weighing up to 75 pounds for various needs Must be able to remain stationery for extended periods of time Character Traits Required to be Successful in this Position: Team Player- works well with others, consistently does what they say they will do, contributes to the overall organization by offering feedback in a positive and respectful manner, shows support and provides help when needed Organized-meticulous planner Efficient- capable of producing desired results without wasting materials, time or energy Critical Thinking – using logic and reasoning to identify alternative solutions Motivated – show up having a desire to work Observant – quick to notice what is going on around you Decisiveness – ability to recognize key factors and finalize decisions Cooperative – get along with people Integrity – being honest and ethical Leadership – willingness to lead, take charge, and offer opinions and direction Dedicated – committed to the success of the project and the company Starting pay is $15.00 per hour
