Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a omni channel warehouse, preferably in a luxury or fashion environment.
  • Proficiency in WMS/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of return processes and inventory/quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Manage e-commerce order fulfillment including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Coordinate with customer service to resolve order-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
  • Supervise e-commerce warehouse staff and allocate resources effectively.
  • Oversee return processing from e-commerce, retail stores, and wholesale partners.
  • Ensure timely inspection of returned items.
  • Coordinate with customer service and sales teams to resolve return-related issues.
  • Monitor KPIs related to return rates and processing times.
  • Supervise reverse logistics staff and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of returned inventory and generate performance reports.
