About The Position
DDS Dental Supplies, a leading distributor to Dentists directly, is seeking a Website Coordinator to work with our IT team to manage and oversee our Big Commerce site. This role involves updating the site, making enhancements, and helping to grow its online presence. This is an opportunity for you to bring your skill set to a stable, growing, family-owned business that has been in operation for over 20 years and is located in a new facility in Montvale, NJ. As a Website Coordinator, you will work closely with our selected website company to oversee the growth, enhancement, and updates necessary to develop an enterprise-level B2B e-commerce platform. You will be responsible for managing our database of over 14,000 product SKUs using our custom CMS software. Additionally, you will manage and monitor our product listings on the site, ensuring that SEO optimization is effectively implemented to enhance visibility and sales. This position requires a strong technical background, particularly in web development and e-commerce management. You will be expected to lead complex technical discussions with developers and translate technical jargon for non-technical management. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with excellent attention to detail. This role can be part-time or full-time, offering a competitive salary and a generous benefits package.
