About The Position

As an eCommerce Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our E-Commerce business, focusing on achieving aggressive profit and sales goals through our online channels. This position requires close collaboration with the Senior Ecommerce Manager of the brand, ensuring that all strategies align with the overall business objectives. You will be responsible for managing third-party vendors, assessing the return on investment (ROI) impact on the business, and evaluating the success of various initiatives. Your primary duties will include leading and managing all business activities related to the retail e-commerce sector. You will oversee the daily management of the US site, with a strong emphasis on driving E-Commerce sales. This involves compiling and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to forecast needs, control inventory, and ensure that replenishment needs are met for the Tissot.com US store. You will also audit and manage online product inventory, images, and content on a daily basis, ensuring that the website is updated through a content management system to launch new products and refresh the homepage and category landing pages regularly. In addition to managing product listings, you will oversee daily interactions with customers regarding all aspects of their transactions, developing streamlined processes to optimize these interactions. Coordination with the fulfillment and shipping team will be essential to ensure efficient product flow to customers, as well as managing returned products and their disposition. You will conduct daily checks of order processing and fraud checks, maintain and optimize gateway and merchant accounts, and analyze transactions to reconcile data with product inventory. You will also be responsible for managing the live chat channel, troubleshooting technical issues to enhance customer experience, and working closely with Retail Sales Managers and retailer accounts to enhance Tissot's online presence. Analyzing and reporting on competitors' e-marketing activities will be part of your role, as well as preparing daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results reports. Leading website re-platforming efforts, activating new website features, and reviewing customer loyalty programs will also fall under your purview. Finally, you will be expected to perform all other duties assigned by management.
