Lumens is seeking an experienced eCommerce Product Manager to lead strategic initiatives that drive customer retention, conversion, and loyalty across our digital commerce experience. In this role, you'll collaborate with internal technology, marketing, UX, analytics, and merchandising teams-as well as third-party partners-to identify and eliminate customer friction points, enhance engagement, and optimize digital experiences for improved performance. You'll play a key role in shaping the future of Lumens.com, using data and customer insights to develop initiatives that increase repeat purchase, reduce cart abandonment, and boost overall customer lifetime value. You'll use data, customer insights, and experimentation to optimize the customer journey-from first visit to repeat purchase.
