About The Position
Tillys is seeking an E-Commerce Photographer to join our dynamic team at the Retail Support Center (RSC) in Irvine, California. As a leading specialty retailer of casual apparel, footwear, and accessories, we pride ourselves on our fun and relaxed work culture that encourages creativity and individuality. The E-Commerce Photographer will play a crucial role in capturing high-quality digital images of our products for our website, ensuring that they meet our established photo guidelines and standards. This position requires a keen eye for detail and a passion for photography, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for taking digital photographs of products, stylizing them, and editing the images to prepare them for presentation on our company website. You will manage the photo process to ensure a high level of efficiency and assist with photographic requests related to corporate needs. Additionally, you will be involved in post-digital image retouching using Adobe Photoshop and will need to be proficient in all Adobe software to meet the demands of the job. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital photography, with at least two years of experience preferred. You should be knowledgeable in using Lightroom Classic and Capture One/Raw editing software, as well as studio lighting techniques. A working knowledge of color correction and layers in Photoshop is essential. You will also need to be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively while communicating with all levels of staff and management. A high school diploma is required, and a bachelor's degree is preferred.
