About The Position
Join Road Runner Sports as our next eCommerce Merchandising & CRO Specialist! In this role you will play an integral part in optimizing the online shopping experience primarily focusing on the increase of conversion and removing barriers to purchase. You will leverage customer behavior data, A/B testing, and performance analytics to help drive improvements across the digital shopping journey. As a Conversion Specialist you will also get the opportunity to lead all conversion-related initiatives.
