The eCommerce Manager will manage and oversee all aspects of the digital experience, including site management, product merchandising, site experience, site speed, feature expansion, and the creation of a best-in-class shopping experience online. This role owns all aspects of the eCommerce P&L and drives optimization across all elements that impact the financial performance of the eCommerce channel. The eCommerce Manager is responsible for delivering eCommerce sales and profitability targets while working cross-functionally with product, marketing, creative, finance, retail, and operations to foster accountability and collaboration across all stakeholders of the digital business. This role requires a minimum of 3 days in the office in Carlsbad, which may increase due to business needs.
