The E-Commerce Manager at Heininger Holdings, LLC is responsible for leading the online sales strategy and enhancing the company's digital presence. This role combines analytical skills with creative thinking to drive traffic, optimize conversion rates, and manage online product offerings effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce operations, focusing on increasing online sales and improving profitability.

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase online sales through optimized product listings, promotions, and marketplace management.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and expand product reach on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, and others.
  • Regularly analyze sales data, performance metrics, and trends to improve profitability and customer acquisition.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create sales-driving campaigns and content tailored to target audiences.
  • Manage and optimize integrations with TrueCommerce, CommerceHub, SPS Commerce, Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Oversee the end-to-end eCommerce process, including product listings, pricing strategies, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Provide detailed reports on sales performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), and actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform representatives and key partners to stay ahead of marketplace trends and policies.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in marketing (Preferred)
  • 1 year of experience in EDI (Required)
  • Operational expertise in TrueCommerce, CommerceHub, SPS Commerce, Amazon Seller Central, and Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth through eCommerce channels, particularly with Amazon Seller Central and Walmart.
  • Strong understanding of online retail, pricing strategies, and promotional planning.
  • Proficiency in analyzing sales data and using insights to inform strategies.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work cross-functionally.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Prior experience in digital marketing or online advertising is a plus.
