The eCommerce Manager is responsible for assisting with online product and shopping experience optimization. This position will also be responsible for supporting the sales strategy in order to drive maximum revenue and conversion. In addition, this position will be involved in launching new products and promotional campaigns, optimizing digital marketing and segmentation, and delivering financial targets. The eCommerce Manager will also work cross-functionally with the Marketing, Product Management and Operations departments to achieve results. Take ownership of specific categories to ensure optimal online representation to help drive strong conversion and hit financial targets. Define, build, and evaluate ad spend campaigns for effectiveness and ROI to build upon a continuous learning environment on advertised investment. Leverage web analytics to understand customer interaction with site content, product range, and general online shopping experiences to identify risks and opportunities for further review. Ensuring accuracy of all creative assets, links, promotions, and product attribution for the website. Collaborate cross functionally with Product Management, Marketing, Logistics, and occasionally with executive management to ensure strategic alignment on launches and enhancements to product collateral. Provide actionable insights on major revenue blockers and propose improvements to current processes, fostering continual enhancement of our eCommerce operations. Improve search engine optimization (SEO) by reviewing analytics and making recommendations for updates. Meet or exceed fulfillment expectation by working the Supply Chain and Logistics team. Perform other duties as required within the nature and level of work.
