The eCommerce Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the eCommerce strategy to drive online sales and enhance a customer's online shopping experience. This individual will work with cross functional teams and Retail Partners to assist with growing eCommerce sales and adding value to Retail Partners' business. This role will work with external vendors to enhance Save A Lot's eCommerce business.

  • Manage relationships with eCommerce partners to onboard Retail Partner stores, enhance marketplace customer experience, manage data feeds, resolve issues, and strategize for growth
  • Educate Retail Partners and Field Teams on eCommerce programs and develop/deliver program guides to aid in new offerings
  • Manage full life cycle of Online EBT to include application, launch, reconciliation, and reporting
  • Manage and optimize the company's eCommerce website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and aligned with brand standards
  • Oversee the product catalog, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory management
  • Analyze eCommerce performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, order count, and basket size
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams including marketing, field operations, and IT teams to create and execute product launches and promotional campaigns
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Save A Lot remains competitive in the eCommerce space
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field and/or 3-5 years of relevant retail experience
  • 3-5 years relevant business experience with a solid understanding of eCommerce marketplaces
  • Solid financial, mathematical, statistical, marketing, merchandising, and consumer research background to read, interpret, and understand how internal and external factors influence financial results
  • Familiarity with Retail Wholesale programs or ability to learn
  • Exceptional skills in communication, analyzing problems and decisions, and taking initiative
  • Interpersonal skills to build rapport, network, and maintain effective business relationships within and outside the company
  • Strategy development skills with the ability to manage short-term goals to meet long-term initiatives.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
