About The Position
At CIT Electronics, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to lead our E-Commerce Listings team. As the E-Commerce Listings Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality of listings, guiding and supporting the team, and ensuring our processes meet the highest standards. This role involves quarterly check-ins with team members, updating training materials, and helping price listings. Strong leadership skills and experience in E-Commerce are essential, and SQL knowledge is highly preferred. In this position, you will lead and mentor the E-Commerce Listings team to maintain high standards in product listings and quality checks. You will ensure that all listings meet company quality standards and accurately describe product conditions. Additionally, you will assist in pricing products for optimal sales performance and conduct quarterly check-ins with the team to provide training and ensure that all procedures are up to date. Collaboration with other departments will also be a key part of your role to ensure smooth operations across the company.
