About The Position
As a key leader within our stores, this position directs daily e-commerce activities, including order selection, fulfillment, and delivery, while upholding company standards for accuracy, efficiency, and service. The E-Commerce Leader trains and guides team members to achieve operational excellence, swiftly resolves operational challenges, and builds strong customer relationships by providing service-based solutions. Collaborating closely with store leadership, this role identifies opportunities to enhance processes, and proactively develops and implements solutions to drive e-commerce growth and enhance overall store performance.
