A day in the life of a Digital Marketing Intern at Eastpak, JanSport & Kipling looks a little like this. As an intern on the Ecommerce Team, you will support day-to-day tasks, contribute to email and digital campaign launches. You will work closely with the Ecommerce Team in addition to the Brand Marketing & Creative Team. This is a great opportunity to build foundational ecommerce skills and understand how a digital business operates. This role will be reporting into the Digital Growth Marketing Manager. Requirements

  • Self-starter with curiosity and willingness to learn
  • Strong interest in ecommerce, digital marketing or similar fields
  • High attention to detail and strong organization skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic data analysis
  • Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience using ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Basic familiarity with Excel, Google Analytics, PowerPoint, Content Management Tools
  • Coursework or projects related to Ecommerce or Digital Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across email, SMS, social media, and paid channels.
  • Support Email briefing and QA testing to ensure accuracy across pricing, promotions, images, and content for key launches
  • Support the creation and organization of our content calendar, ensuring alignment across all digital channels for key marketing moments
  • Help monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and optimize user experience.
  • Conduct loyalty & competitor research and trend analysis to inform marketing strategies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for upcoming campaigns.
