About The Position

The Part-time E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Clerk will assist with picking, packing, and shipping all items purchased from the E commerce site and ensure that all items are shipped within 48 hours of the purchase being finalized. All employees are eligible for the RISE program at Goodwill. RISE helps employees gain the skills they need for personal and career growth through career guidance, job training, and support for lifes challenges.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED.
Must be 18 years old.
Must pass a Goodwill approved criminal background check.
Ability to speak, read and write the English language.
Reliable transportation and communication, required.

Nice To Haves

6 months of order processing experience is preferred.
Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

Punctual and dependable attendance.
Prints pick lists, packing slips, and pulls sold items from shelving.
Comply with Goodwill Central Oklahoma policies and Donated Goods E-commerce standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Goodwill Central Oklahomas safety and security policies and procedures.
Verifies accuracy of each shipment.
Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to each shipment.
Maintains accurate shipping records and tracking numbers.
Maintains a positive work environment by behaving and communicating in a positive manner with co-workers and the management team.
Maintain overall E-commerce department appearance, including cleanliness of facility and housekeeping to Goodwill standards.
Moves prepared shipments to shipping area and assists shipping company with pick up as needed.
Meets the standards and expectations for the number of items picked and shipped each day.
Attend all meetings and training as required by the Agency.
Review and be familiar with Goodwill of Central Oklahoma safety policies, programs and procedures and adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and safety codes.
Attend safety training and meetings and report on any unsafe work conditions, accidents, or injuries immediately.
Perform other duties and projects as required by management.
