The E-Commerce Digital Engagement Associate will provide hands-on support to the e-commerce team by maintaining accurate product data, optimizing online search and navigation experiences, and assisting with digital engagement initiatives. This entry-level position focuses on ensuring the integrity and performance of product content, attributes, and metadata — all of which directly influence site usability, discoverability, and conversion. The role also assists with A/B testing and other data-driven projects that support continuous improvement of the customer experience. As Singer Equipment’s e-commerce platform continues to grow, maintaining structured, accurate, and optimized product data has become critical to improving the customer journey and supporting sales objectives. Currently, tasks related to data enrichment, product categorization, search optimization, and site engagement are distributed across multiple team members, which limits efficiency and consistency. By adding an E-Commerce Digital Engagement Associate, Singer will: Enhancing the accuracy and structure of product data to improve search performance. Strengthening day-to-day digital operations and customer navigation experiences. Supporting data-driven decision-making through A/B testing and engagement tracking.
