We're currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic eCommerce Data & Platform Manager to join our growing team.

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of the Salsify Product Information Management (PIM) system.
  • Develop and enforce data governance standards to ensure data accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salsify with internal systems.
  • Ensure digital assets are properly tagged, categorized, and optimized for easy retrieval within the PIM system.
  • Oversee and manage the syndication of product data to key retailer platforms, ensuring compliance with retailer-specific requirements across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, Kroger, and others.
  • Conduct audits to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
  • Manage the product lifecycle in PIM to ensure only active products are delivered to various endpoints.
  • Aggregate and analyze digital shelf performance metrics such as search rankings, availability, pricing, and reviews.
  • Extract volumetric data, convert it into scorecards, and generate insights for the eCommerce team to drive data-driven decision-making from retailer reporting platforms along with Circana/IRI.
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improving digital shelf presence.
  • Utilize digital shelf auditing tools, such as Shalion, Syndigo, or comparable platforms, to monitor product presence and make necessary adjustments for optimization.
  • Leverage consumer feedback tools like BazaarVoice to track and syndicate product ratings and reviews.
  • Identify process inefficiencies and implement automation solutions to streamline data collection and content syndication workflows.
  • Design and test automation workflows to improve operational efficiency.
  • Work with IT and data teams to troubleshoot and resolve API-related issues within Salsify.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on Salsify and digital shelf content management, providing training to internal teams.
  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, and eCommerce teams to ensure product data aligns with business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with broker partners and retailers to enhance product representation.
  • Document and maintain best practices, retailer playbooks, and content syndication guidelines to support team education and process efficiency.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in eCommerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience managing a PIM system (Salsify preferred).
  • Solid understanding of metadata, taxonomy, and SEO best practices.
  • Experience in digital asset management (DAM), content syndication, and data governance.
  • Proven ability to analyze product data and provide insights for decision-making.
  • Experience working with retailer analytics platforms such as Circana/IRI, Amazon Vendor Central, Walmart Luminate/Scintilla, Kroger 84.51, Target POL, etc.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and PowerBI.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salsify.
  • Experience with DAM platforms (e.g., Aprimo).
  • Prior experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) eCommerce.
  • Familiarity with retailer compliance standards and syndication best practices.
  • Background in digital transformation and change management within an organization.
  • Experience using consumer insights tools like BazaarVoice, Shalion, Flywheel Commerce Cloud or Profitero to enhance product content strategies.
