About The Position

The position is for an entry-level role located at the Corporate office in Alpharetta, GA. It is a full-time position focused on customer service and sales related to the company's website. Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to identify and communicate issues to department personnel and find solutions for those issues.
  • Proficiency with MAC and apple products.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with Shopify & ShipStation preferred, but not required.
  • Previous experience with Lightspeed preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle all customer service related inquiries pertaining to the website and sales.
  • Oversee sales, returns and inventory for products on the website.
  • Distribute orders for fulfillment.
  • Screen and direct a high-volume number of calls and e-mails pertaining to web sales and customer service.
  • Help customers navigate the website and place orders online.
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing and availability.
  • Help resolve product returns, respond to shipping inquiries and answer order status questions.
  • Merchandise products on e-commerce website.
