About The Position

Kelsan is currently searching for an E-commerce Customer Service Representative to join our Knoxville team. This position is on-site at 5109 N National Dr. Knoxville, TN 37914, with the ability to work remotely up to two days per week after training. CleanFreak.com, a division of Kelsan, is a trusted provider of cleaning equipment, supplies, and solutions. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and support to our customers nationwide. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and help us maintain our reputation for excellence. Position Summary: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive timely, accurate, and friendly support.

Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in retail, distribution, or B2B environments.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Comfort with technology (CRM systems, order entry, Microsoft Office).
• Team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and care.
• Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
• Providing product information and guidance to help customers find the right solutions.
• Collaborating with sales, logistics, and operations teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions in our systems.
