About The Position

The E-Commerce Coordinator is responsible for managing and maintaining the digital properties of deuter.com and its online marketplaces. This role involves collaboration with the Sales and Marketing departments to enhance product visibility, manage online catalogs, and support e-commerce revenue goals through various digital marketing initiatives. The coordinator will also monitor website performance metrics and assist in resolving customer issues related to online transactions.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of related professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in Merchandising, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as PIMCore, Shopify, etc.
  • Advanced knowledge of marketing automation systems like Hubspot, Salesforce.
  • Basic capability in Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong Microsoft skills such as Outlook, Excel, PPT, and Word.
  • SEO experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
  • Copywriting, editing, and proofreading experience is a plus.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Avantlink or other affiliate platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates online catalogs and assortments including product details and variations.
  • Maintains B2C and Amazon catalogs including product descriptions, dimensions, and images.
  • Supports Ecom revenue goals through active ad campaign management.
  • Coordinates online merchandising including A+ content, buying guides, landing pages, cross sells, coupons, and promotions.
  • Responsible for digital asset management and supports marketing initiatives.
  • Creates and/or localizes product copy when required.
  • Acts as primary point of contact regarding site function and UX, coordinating bug fixes and updates with the development team.
  • Assists Customer Service team with solving customer issues related to the website and online conversions.
  • Tracks cases related to Amazon catalog and supports Ecom Manager & Accounting team.
  • Supports the marketing and sales departments with email marketing.
  • Reports key metrics to relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities, trends, and obstacles in e-commerce operations.
  • Works with various third parties, including digital agencies, to execute site updates, analysis, and development projects.
  • Monitors and moderates ratings and reviews in own e-commerce and online marketplaces.
  • Maintains affiliate links to distribute to media partners and supports media agency partners.
