  • Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently.
  • Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments.
  • Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon arrival.
  • Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat business.
  • Demonstrate the company's core values in daily tasks.
  • Receive customers' orders from Order Selector and store products in optimal temperature zones.
  • Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
  • Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen for orders.
  • Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond professionally.
  • Retrieve each customer's order from staging locations and ensure accuracy.
  • Process orders through the point of sale (POS) system.
  • Follow policies for substitutions in case of out-of-stock items.
  • Scan and bag orders while adhering to bagging standards.
  • Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to customers at pick-up.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
  • Report discrepancies in pricing, scanning, and item locations to the supervisor.
  • Inspect equipment and notify management of repair needs.
  • Perform required opening and closing procedures.
  • Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
  • Meet or exceed productivity standards.
  • Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment and manage conflict effectively.
  • Ability to work without supervision.
  • Ability to read shelf tags.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic math skills (counting, addition, and subtraction).
  • Experience in a production-oriented or warehouse environment.
  • Experience stocking shelves or as a cashier.
