Summary
To assist in the overall operation of the Retail E-Commerce Department.

Requirements

• Must maintain the ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug screens.
• Must be able to work independently with little direct supervision as well as have the ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
• Must be able to follow through with projects and assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Uncompromising ethics and integrity.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must have some computer skills and be able to learn basic computer functions.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety standards related to operations.

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree preferred but not required.
• Must be skilled with Windows PC and Internet knowledgeable, must be able to multi-task, and work both rapidly and efficiently. Must be able to use a pallet jack.
• Customer Service Oriented with a pleasant disposition.

Responsibilities

• Perform various job responsibilities to maximize online sales in all of the ecommerce departments including but not limited to sorting, photographing, listing, inventorying, packaging, and shipping items.
• Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally at all times.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Comply with all Agency policies, procedures and safety standards throughout work areas and maintain same to meet CARF, HIPAA, Department of Labor and other regulatory standards.
• Other duties may be assigned.
