About The Position
The Save Mart Companies is seeking an E-Commerce Clerk to join our team at the Concord, CA location. As a key player in our e-commerce initiatives, the E-Commerce Clerk will be responsible for managing and executing various e-commerce programs with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and engagement. This role requires a proactive approach to program development and integration, ensuring that our e-commerce marketing campaigns are not only effective but also aligned with the overall business goals of The Save Mart Companies. The E-Commerce Clerk will work closely with multiple stakeholders, including marketing, IT, merchandising, and store operations, to launch and scale e-commerce programs that drive sales and enhance the customer experience. In this position, you will track and communicate program performance, adapting offerings as necessary to meet sales and profit goals. You will collaborate with the Store Operations and Merchandising teams to develop vendor promotional strategies that are consumer-centric and relevant to our diverse customer base. Your role will also involve managing communication strategies that utilize segmentation and personalization, delivered through various digital channels such as email, push notifications, and our website. Additionally, the E-Commerce Clerk will leverage predictive analytics to create dynamic offers that increase customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates. You will partner with third-party e-commerce providers to explore innovative solutions that differentiate our offerings and enhance customer engagement. The position requires a strong analytical mindset to measure campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize our marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for establishing best practices for database marketing processes and ensuring the successful execution of technological tools that support our e-commerce initiatives.
