Requirements

Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently while ensuring freshness and quality.
• Assemble customers' online orders and process coupons and payments.
• Deliver and load orders into customers' cars upon their arrival for pickup.
• Provide a positive customer service experience to encourage repeat online shopping.
• Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for customers' online orders.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen for orders.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls professionally and timely.
• Retrieve each customer's order from staging locations and ensure order accuracy before loading into cars.
• Process orders through the point of sale (POS) system and follow policies for substitutions in case of out-of-stock items.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
