Requirements

• Experience with 3rd party marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Wayfair, Bed Bath & Beyond) is preferred.
• Knowledge of fulfillment, operations, and inventory management is a plus.
• Familiarity with ecommerce platforms like Salsify, Channel Advisor, or SPS Commerce is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product pages are accurate, consistent, and optimized for maximum visibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product data and efficiently upload new products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key marketplaces and agencies.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues related to product listings and orders.
• Track and analyze sales performance to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and questions to enhance product reputation.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Contribute to various ad-hoc projects as needed.
