About The Position

Whole Foods Market is offering a Summer Internship Program for 2025, specifically seeking an E-Commerce Catalog Intern to join the Catalog Operations team. This role focuses on managing digital catalogs, analyzing customer behavior, and providing data-driven recommendations to enhance the customer experience. Interns will work on meaningful projects that impact both internal and external stakeholders, all while enjoying a supportive and engaging work environment.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for managing, transforming, and analyzing large datasets.
• Understanding of product data, data structures, and data management principles.
• Experience with digital measurement tools such as web analytics and dashboard platforms.
• Strong project management skills with experience in planning, estimating, organizing, and monitoring projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience supporting cross-functional projects and collaborating with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Support e-commerce execution for medium-scale programs, processes, and projects across digital channels.
• Partner with e-commerce, operations, merchandising, and stakeholders for seamless execution across digital properties.
• Analyze operational metrics, interpret data, and recommend improvements for future processes and project execution.
• Create detailed execution plans, including work-back schedules and task lists, and manage small to medium-scale written deliverables.
• Propose, develop, and analyze reports for auditing and quality assurance on medium-complexity initiatives.
• Ideate, plan, and drive catalog improvement projects to enhance data accuracy and product visibility.
