Your role and responsibilities ABB Shop, our eCommerce platform for ABB Motion, is focused on delivering a superior customer experience. By providing a one-stop shop for ABB's customers, we're enabling seamless, high-quality interactions throughout the buying journey. Our eCommerce priorities center on increasing adoption, enhancing productivity, and driving additional growth. The eCommerce Business Analyst will play a critical role in the fast and successful global expansion of ABB Shop, reaching over 50 countries and multiple divisions. ABB Shop leverages Adobe Commerce, and this role will be pivotal in modeling and coordinating demand planning, as well as engineering requirements for our global B2B eCommerce deployment. Working closely with both internal and external partners, the Business Analyst will drive capabilities that align with ABB Shop's vision and business goals.
