About The Position

Goodwill of the Heartland is hiring for an E-Commerce Book Supervisor to join the E-Commerce team in Cedar Rapids! The E-Commerce team works with our retail stores to provide quality, hard to find, products on the ShopGoodwill website. The E-Commerce Book Supervisor will work in tandem with the E-Commerce Assistant Manager and E-Commerce Manager to oversee the daily operations of the on-site E-Commerce team. This role requires experience with online selling platforms and familiarity with automated systems. The E-Commerce Book Supervisor will have a specialized focus on book sales, inventory distribution, and automation oversight. This role ensures smooth workflow, high-quality listing, and timely fulfillment of online book orders. The E-Commerce Book Supervisor is also responsible for demonstrating and modeling excellent customer service in all internal and external interactions between customers and team members, including when responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and suggestions. The E-Commerce Book Supervisor will lead monthly team meetings at Headquarters and submit relevant reports on book operations and retail trends. Additionally, the E-Commerce Book Supervisor assumes leadership responsibilities in the absence of the E-Commerce Manager and E-Commerce Assistant Manager, maintaining team productivity and service excellence.

Requirements
