About The Position

Reporting to the HSN Senior eCommerce Manager, the eCommerce Assistant is responsible for the categorization and attribution of items in their respective category into our site taxonomy for an customer experience. You will partner with multiple teams including Merchandising, Planning, Product Information, Quality Assurance, Showroom, Selling Strategies, and Creative teams to build category strategies to achieve the digital sales plan. The eCommerce Assistant will also communicate externally with vendors to support successful brand and product launches. You will sit at our QVC Group headquarters located in West Chester, PA and work bi weekly in office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in merchandising, marketing, eCommerce, or have equivalent business experience.
• You have internship or work experience in an eCommerce environment, or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• Product Information Management systems experience is a huge plus!

Responsibilities

• Follow product lifecycle from item creation, assigning web category and attributes, and following up with teams (QA, PI, Imaging, Legal) to ensure all tasks are completed, and item can go live by target Available-For-Sale date.
• Increase PDPs for main items, using existing assets, and partnering with vendors to load additional supporting imagery.
• Comb through HSN website to ensure category support and landing pages are optimized, and functionality is working as intended.
• Curate and schedule assortments in digital stores for special category events, promotions, or gifting stories.
• Use UNBXD to pin important items on landing pages, and create boosts (sale, new, exclusive) based on Sr. eComm Associate strategy.
• Help with Bazaarvoice review syndication, partnering with vendors and our internal digital optimization team when needed.
