About The Position

The E-Commerce Assistant will support the e-Commerce Supervisor in enhancing online sales and user experience for E-Tech Recyclers & Asset Solutions LLC. This entry-level role involves training in various e-commerce functions, including product readiness for resale, shipping estimation, and packaging, with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs without assistance.
• Good eye for detail and commitment to completing tasks correctly.
• Basic understanding of social media and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the e-Commerce Supervisor with online sales and presence.
• Optimize user experience and drive online traffic to the platform.
• Handle product readiness for resale by the e-Commerce/Refurb department.
• Learn to research pricing, listing descriptions, and titles for products.
• Understand the importance of product images in driving business success.
• Develop good spelling, grammar, and typing skills for product listings.
• Utilize social media and basic computer functions for e-commerce tasks.
• Train on shipping estimation and packaging for items to be shipped.
