The position involves understanding accepted troubleshooting guidelines for PLC, control valves, and all PLC logic. The candidate will possess overall knowledge of the installation, operation, and repair of assigned equipment. Responsibilities include maintaining sufficient inventory of electrical supplies and repair parts, taking care of the company vehicle, reporting unsafe practices, and continuously seeking more efficient ways to perform the job. The role requires keeping lines of communication open with supervisors and other employees while meeting customer needs, making call outs on equipment, and working with project managers, engineering, and contractors on new construction projects. The candidate will also maintain all controls, monitor alarms, and conduct sensor tests, troubleshoot and schedule electrical maintenance, and supervise electrical contractors. All tasks must adhere to state, federal, and local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and procedures, with safety being a priority.
