About The Position

The consultant will act as a key representative of the organization, engaging with external customers and clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored eBusiness solutions. This position demands significant independent judgment, allowing the consultant to determine the most effective methods for achieving objectives while adhering to broadly defined policies and practices. The consultant will coordinate with external customers to manage operational business relationships, particularly with large accounts that may have global or regional reach. They will serve on account teams, offering eConsultation services and leading eBusiness analyses to provide actionable recommendations to sales teams and business units. Additionally, the consultant will act as a point of escalation for complex operational issues, collaborating with various functions to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Proactive communication of eBusiness changes to both customers and internal stakeholders is essential, as is driving the implementation phase of these changes.
