About The Position

We’re looking for an E-Banking Specialist who is passionate about delivering exceptional support for our digital products. In this role, you’ll serve as a subject matter expert on card services and integrated payables, while also providing cross-trained support for a variety of digital banking tools. This is a hands-on, customer-focused position that works closely with internal teams and clients to ensure seamless digital banking experience.

Requirements

A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in online services, banking support, or a related field is preferred.
Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain processes.
Demonstrates excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Applies an analytical mindset with basic math proficiency, including percentages, ratios, and graphs.
Is tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new banking systems.
Remains flexible and adaptable in fast-changing environments while contributing effectively to team-oriented, goal-focused work settings.

Responsibilities

Contribute to a culture of cross-training and collaboration, supporting other operations as needed.
Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to resolve both routine and complex inquiries.

Support for retail, treasury, and customer service teams via phone, chat, email, and case management systems.
