The Dynamics Project Lead will lead all phases of the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) implementation including planning, execution, testing, deployment, and support. They will provide project management, sprint execution, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring successful delivery. They will use deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE v9.1 (on-premises) to successfully plan, design, and deliver a system to handle multiple uses cases across Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules. Responsibilities include: Maintain the project plan, schedule, risk register, action items Facilitate Agile ceremonies including standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives Serve as the primary point of contact between the client and the Procentrix delivery team. Lead weekly status meetings, provide updates, and manage expectations with transparency. Ensure deliverables meet client acceptance criteria and align with the Statement of Work. Assist with Dynamics CE design and configurations Manage cross‑team dependencies (e.g., data, integrations, infrastructure, user testing) The projected compensation range for this position is $145K - $165K annualized (USD). The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as internal pay equity, location, contract-specific affordability and other organizational requirements.
