Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Associate Director to join our growing Microsoft team.

Responsibilities

  • Take a lead role in strengthening relationships with clients and providing guidance in the completion of engagements.
  • Partner with strategic clients to implement production management solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking.
  • Devise solutions to support clients' needs through analytics, automation, or the latest tools and methods.
  • Develop new projects and help identify new business opportunities.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and within the community.
  • Mentor and provide growth and development to teams.
  • Oversee the successful completion of project work plans.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience with leading the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Production modules.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing D365 to meet client-specific requirements for production management.
  • Experience implementing Production Control functionalities using D365.
  • Utilization of lean manufacturing tools within D365.
  • Setting up and optimizing Material Requirements Planning (MRP) on D365.
  • Integrating master planning within Dynamics 365.
  • Integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with D365.
  • Collaborating on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) integration.
  • Conducting in-depth analyses of clients' production processes.
  • Working closely with Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) and third-party providers.
  • Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network.
  • Successfully pursuing business development opportunities.
  • Ability to translate and communicate issues, risks, or challenges to client personnel.
  • Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams.

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications or similar strongly preferred.
