Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, OR equivalent years of relevant experience (5 years).
• 2+ years of experience developing Power BI solutions, including direct integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficiency in DAX, Power Query (M), and Power BI data modeling.
• Experience with Microsoft Dataverse, OData, and Dynamics 365 Security.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 data structures, entities, and business processes.
• Familiarity with data security, compliance, and governance in a Dynamics environment.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with MS Dynamics products with clients.
• Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 certifications.
• Experience with other BI tools or scripting languages (Python, R) for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power BI administration and workspace management.
• Prior experience collaborating with client stakeholders to optimize CRM workflows and enhance service delivery.
• Demonstrated experience implementing or supporting CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics) within a federal agency environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy Power BI dashboards and reports, integrating data from Dynamics 365.
• Connect Power BI to Dynamics 365 for seamless data extraction.
• Build and optimize data models.
• Collaborate with business users to understand and translate reporting needs.
• Optimize performance of Power BI solutions.
• Document data models and processes.
• Provide user support and training.
• Promote data governance and best practices.
