About The Position

This is an onsite role in our Cityscape office- Downtown Phoenix As a Microsoft 365 Junior Developer, you'll play a critical role in supporting senior developers by contributing to the design, development, and maintenance of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions and related applications. You'll write and debug code, test features, and troubleshoot issues within the system. You'll acquire proficiency in new programming languages and technologies. You'll collaborate within a team environment, interpreting user feedback, and upholding high standards of code quality. Responsible for developing new codes, as well as updating and maintaining current codebases for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated applications such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure Data Factory, SQL, and Visual Studio. Work closely with senior developers to conceptualize, develop, and implement innovative features and solutions. Conduct functionality tests, identify and resolve bugs, and ensure deliverables meet established quality standards. Diagnose and address production errors and technical issues in both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and associated applications. Pursue ongoing education and development in programming languages, frameworks, and emerging technologies to enhance skills and project contributions. Engage in team meetings, documenting progress, and assist with escalated user inquiries.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of related experience in a similar field.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field required.
  • Entry level knowledge of general banking operations, including deposit operations, loan administration, treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
  • Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
  • Entry level to intermediate experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Intermediate understanding of coding languages such as JavaScript, C #, or Java, and familiarity with various programming libraries.
  • Entry level to intermediate experience presenting findings from large datasets in a clear, actionable way. Experience diagnosing and resolving technical challenges.
  • Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
