About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microsoft 365 CE Developer with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Field Service to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, developing, and implementing solutions that optimize field service operations and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, particularly Dynamics 365 Field Service, Power Platform, and related technologies.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions within Dynamics 365 Field Service.
  • Strong skills in Power Apps and Power Automate development.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with cloud computing platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure.
  • Experience integrating systems using APIs (REST, SOAP).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Microsoft certifications related to Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within Dynamics 365 Field Service to meet specific business requirements.
  • Configure and customize work orders, scheduling, dispatching, and resource management.
  • Implement and support mobile solutions for field technicians.
  • Develop custom workflows and business processes to streamline field service operations.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop high-quality code using Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
  • Integrate Dynamics 365 Field Service with other Dynamics 365 and Microsoft 365 applications and external systems using APIs and integration tools.
  • Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Deploy solutions to production environments and provide post-implementation support.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, end-users, and other IT team members to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Keep abreast of the latest developments and best practices in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service, and related technologies.
