The D365 Business Lead at A. M. Castle & Co. is responsible for designing business processes and configuring the ERP system specifically for Warehouse operations. This role serves as a liaison between Branch Operations/Warehouse functional areas and the IT Team, focusing on the development and support of operational business processes. The individual will leverage their experience with D365 applications to facilitate customized development, user training, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
