About The Position

We are seeking a Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Functional Consultant to lead, enhance, and support our D365 CRM environment , including Sales Hub , Customer Service , and multiple model‑driven apps integrated with D365 F&O. The ideal candidate is hands‑on with CE configuration, Power Platform automation, security, data modeling, integrations, and user enablement. They will partner directly with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and IT leadership to drive adoption and process optimization across CRM. Customize and manage Sales Hub (Leads, Opportunities, pipeline stages, forecasting, activities). Configure Customer Service (Cases, Queues, SLAs, Entitlements, Knowledge, Routing). Build/modify forms, views, business rules, BPFs , and data validation logic. Develop dashboards and model‑driven insights to support Sales and CS leadership. Improve CE usability and adoption through structured process design and training. Manage security roles , teams, field‑level security, and access troubleshooting. Build and enhance model‑driven apps , Power Automate flows , and automation across CRM and D365 F&O. Create and optimize workflows, approvals, notifications, and integrations. Leverage Dataverse, solution layering, and ALM best practices for Dev/Test/Prod. Support Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI reporting embedded in CRM. Maintain structured solution management (managed/unmanaged). Support and troubleshoot dual‑write issues between CE and D365 F&O. Build/maintain integrations using connectors, REST APIs, OData, or Azure Logic Apps. Assist with data quality improvements, data migration, templates, and mappings. Gather requirements and translate them into functional specs. Work with IT, Sales, Customer Service, International teams, and external partners. Provide documentation, SOPs, training, and support materials. Ensure compliance with security, audit requirements, and change control processes.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years working with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM
  • Strong functional knowledge of Sales Hub & Customer Service Hub
  • Hands‑on experience with Power Platform (model‑driven apps, Power Automate)
  • Strong Dataverse skills: data types, relationships, business rules, solution architecture
  • Experience with CRM integrations (D365 F&O preferred)
  • Understanding of business processes: lead → opp pipeline, case lifecycle, approvals
  • Ability to troubleshoot CE issues including workflows, permissions, and dual‑write
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and training skills

Nice To Haves

  • PL‑200: Power Platform Functional Consultant
  • MB‑910: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM)
  • PL‑400 or other Power Platform certs are a plus
