The Dynamic PC Support position at Worldwide TechServices involves performing a variety of tasks related to the repair and troubleshooting of client products, specifically desktops and laptops. This role requires the technician to engage directly with clients, addressing their technical issues in a timely and accurate manner. The technician will be responsible for providing customer support for designated equipment, ensuring that all service calls are accepted and delivered within the established service level agreements. The position also entails meeting customer service satisfaction criteria as outlined in the company's guidelines and policies. In addition to direct client interaction, the technician will complete all administrative tasks associated with each service call, including real-time reporting and documentation as per established policies. The role requires adherence to various guidelines and documents that govern the successful delivery of services to clients. The technician will also be responsible for managing assets and inventory, ensuring prompt turnaround of parts and equipment as required by client service agreements. Safety policies and guidelines must be understood and followed daily, and additional requirements may be imposed if an offer of employment is extended. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to meet business needs.
