This initial assignment provides confirmation of selection into the KPMG Assignment Select (KAS) dynamic bench program. Candidates who complete the program's key activities may be considered for future contingent worker projects within their relevant skillset. This assignment places Contractor in a "ready to deploy" status and enables preferential consideration for future projects. In order to participate in the required onboarding training and receive preferential consideration for future assignments, Contractor must complete the KPMG contingent worker onboarding process (including providing consent for and satisfactory completion of a background check, where permitted, and completing onboarding and technology provisioning). Once completed, KPMG may consider Contractor for contingent worker opportunities that align with the Contractor's skill set. Notwithstanding, KPMG does not guarantee any such future project assignment, or additional hours/payments beyond the initial set-up and training period. Key Activities: Key activities under this initial assignment are intended to help prepare Contractor for possible future deployment with KPMG, and include: Completing set-up activities. Completing required onboarding training applicable to KPMG's contingent workers. Pay and Hours: Contractor will receive payment for completion of set-up and training activities, and may complete those activities at a time of Contractor's choosing. This project may be paid at a rate that is different from any preferred project rate (but will be at or above applicable minimum wage). This initial assignment is limited to a maximum of 8 hours without prior approval, and payment is limited to actual time spent completing KPMG onboarding processes (e.g., initial system sign-in) and assigned training. Any engagement of Contractor will be through their employer/agency of record, and questions or concerns regarding pay, benefits, or hours of engagement should be directed to Contractor's employer/agency, and not to KPMG (which is a third-party recipient of services). Work Location: The initial training and set-up activities shall be performed remotely. However, any future assignment may be based out of a KPMG office, client site, or a hybrid combination of remote and on-site work. Nothing herein shall be deemed to create an employer-employee relationship between Contractor and KPMG, nor shall Contractor be considered a representative or agent of KPMG
