About The Position
The position involves a range of responsibilities focused on resolving field and internal concerns, conducting data analysis, and monitoring field complaints. The role requires a proactive approach to reduce field concerns through effective root cause analysis and timely implementation of corrective measures to meet organizational targets. The candidate will generate Management Information System (MIS) reports and presentations for higher management, conduct joint investigations in the field to determine root causes, and collaborate with manufacturing, supplier quality, and design teams to address and close concerns. Additionally, the role includes establishing root causes for aggregate replacements in the field and implementing projects aimed at improving engine reliability and durability.
