About The Position

This position is for a Deputy Manager in Maintenance, specifically for the Xylo & Verito Body lines. The role involves ensuring adherence to preventive and predictive maintenance, resolving chronic issues, planning spare parts, conducting PM activities, and performing in-depth analysis of breakdowns and stoppages. It also includes understanding MTTR & MTBF, ensuring safety, implementing new projects, eliminating unsafe conditions, ensuring legal compliance, and contributing to Kaizen improvements and TPM activities.

Requirements

Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics
Bachelors of Technology
2-8 years of General Experience

Responsibilities

To maintain the line, ensure the preventive maintenance as well as predicative maintenance adherenace.
To solve the chronic issues.
Spare part planning.
PM activity.
In depth analysis for b/d, major & minor stoppages and breakdown.
To understand the MTTR & MTBF.
Safety.
New project implementation & eliminate unsafe conditions and fatigue operations.
100% legal complinance adherenace.
Kaizen improvement & contirbution in the TPM Activity.
