DX Manager / Senior Manager
About The Position
Lead and execute large-scale Digital Transformation (DX) / IT consulting projects Oversee project & program management (resource planning, milestones, issue resolution) Manage financial performance, budget planning, and KPI tracking Develop and manage high-performing consulting teams Collaborate closely with Directors / Senior Directors / Executive leadership Drive business development and maintain senior-level client relationships Improve delivery processes for efficiency, scalability, and quality Coordinate with vendors and external partners Identify and leverage emerging technologies (AI, data analytics, new platforms) Support recruiting, training, and long-term organizational capability building
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (IT, Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics preferred)
- 12+ years of experience in business or technology consulting
- Experience leading cross-functional and international teams
- Knowledge of SDLC (requirements, design, testing, deployment, migration)
- Technology strategy
- Operating models & governance
- Project / program management
- English fluency required

- Client growth & business development (preferred)
- Experience engaging with C-suite clients (preferred)
